Moving into a new home or preparing one for the next occupant comes with enough work already. Our Move In and Move Out Cleaning service is designed to make that transition easier with a thorough, detail focused clean based on clear standards and a practical room by room approach.
At All Around your House, we go beyond basic house cleaning. A move related cleaning service should leave the home looking refreshed, sanitized, and ready for what comes next. Whether you are a homeowner, renter, landlord, or property manager, we help prepare the space with a more comprehensive reset.
A More Thorough Standard of Cleaning
Move in and move out cleaning requires more than a surface wipe down. Once a home is empty, dust, buildup, smudges, and overlooked areas become much more visible. That is why we focus on high touch points, floors, fixtures, trim, doors, cabinets, and other areas that are often missed during regular cleaning.
Our service is built to help the property feel cleaner, fresher, and more presentable from top to bottom.
What Is Included in Our Move In & Move Out Cleaning
Our cleaning covers the main interior areas of the home, with optional add ons available for certain exterior spaces.
All Areas
We clean and disinfect high touch areas throughout the home. This includes wiping doors, frames, knobs, switches, outlets, and AC vent covers or registers. We vacuum hard floors, carpets, and stairs, mop hard surface floors, scrub baseboards, dust low and high areas, clean blinds, wipe ceiling fans, and clean the glass on the front entry door. We also wipe down the inside and outside of cabinets and built in closets where applicable.
Kitchen
In the kitchen, we clean and disinfect the sink, faucet, counters, and backsplash. We clean the microwave inside and out, wipe appliance exteriors and tops, clean the range or stove top and underside, and clean windows above the kitchen sink when applicable. We also clean patio door glass in the kitchen area, the inside of cabinets, the dishwasher, the inside of the fridge and freezer, and the oven inside and out.
Bathrooms
Bathrooms receive detailed cleaning and disinfecting throughout. This includes counters, sinks, faucets, vanities, mirrors, tubs, showers, and toilets. Upon request, we can also address heavier buildup on glass doors and fixtures, including water stains and rust stains.
Porch and Patio Upon Request
For porch and patio areas, we can sweep out the area, wipe down the front exterior door and frame, clean glass patio doors, and clean patio door tracks.
Garage and Pool Areas Upon Request
Additional services may include pressure washing, soft washing, screen cleaning and renewal, and pool cage power washing.
Ideal for Homes, Rentals, and Property Turnovers
This service is a strong fit for homeowners preparing to move, renters wanting to leave a property in better condition, landlords turning over a rental, and property managers getting a home ready for new occupants. A properly cleaned property creates a better first impression and helps the entire transition feel more organized.
